Dominic DiMare has established relationships with clients, vendors, union workers, and peers in the electrical engineering and construction industries. DiMare focuses on renewable energy design/build projects such as solar, wind, battery storage systems, substations, EV, and microgrids. With 30+ years of experience, DiMare has spearheading BEI to complete over 1.8GW solar installations in California and more nationally.

Union Strong—DiMare is both a union member and union leader, and he can scale up a union team quickly for BEI’s fast-growing construction projects.

Licenses: IBEW Electrician 1991-1997 and 1 BEW Local 551 Journeyman Electrician California State Certified.

Gary Chelini has 30+ years of experience in technology infrastructure constructing projects for enterprise-level clients.

As technology infrastructure becomes increasingly complex, Chelini’s proven technical and field experience ensures that BEI’s clients can meet these demands. Fostering long-standing industry relationships, union affiliation, and strong leadership skills, he ensures that his clients can scale quickly, compliantly, and economically while also meeting all union and safety requirements. Global clients include NASA, HP, and AT&T.

Served in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Certification: Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD). CA Licenses:
C-10 Electrical Contractor and C-7 Low Voltage Systems Contractor.

Additionally, we offer onsite solutions that enable the establishment of temporary offices for larger projects, which we have successfully deployed in Arizona and Nevada as needed.
