BEI receives Gold Safety Award for 2024

BEI has been designated a Gold Safety Award winner for 2024 by Highwire, a company that specializes in pre-qualification assessment and field applications. These are designed to mitigate risks that threaten capital improvement projects—including data centers, renewable energy installations, and healthcare facilities.

To receive a Gold Safety Award, contractors must receive a total score between 85 and 94 points in Highwire’s Safety Assessment. The score is based on a company’s historical and safety performance record (TRIR, EMR, DART, and OSHA). It also considers leading performance indicators like management systems, program elements, and advanced safety initiatives. Fewer than 20 percent of over 50,000 companies on the Highwire Platform receive such a designation.

Highwire’s Safety Assessment Program provides a thorough, objective, and consistent evaluation of company performance so clients and contractors can identify, monitor, and mitigate risks more effectively. The results provide a strong indicator of how a contractor values safety and serve as a reliable predictor of future performance.
