Throughout his tenure, Dave has exemplified BEI’s commitment to education and empowerment. Under his leadership, BEI has proudly awarded over 500 scholarships and educational grants nationally, investing in the future of aspiring professionals nationwide.

As the driving force behind Tier 4, BEI Construction’s training division, Dave has overseen the issuance of 3,000 certificates, enriching the professional lives of thousands of design students. His dedication to education has touched the lives of countless individuals, including several thousands of the approximately 7,500 Registered Communications Distribution Designers (RCDD) worldwide whom Dave has successfully taught.
Notably, Dave’s teaching prowess shines through in his impressive track record. He leads eighty to ninety percent of his students to pass the rigorous BICSI exams, a testament to his expertise and commitment to student success.
Moreover, Dave’s contributions have not gone unnoticed. He has received several prestigious awards, including four as the International RCDD Instructor of the Year. Dave’s authorship and instruction of four BICSI Design Courses stand out among his many achievements. These courses, aimed at achieving BICSI Certifications in RCDD, DCDC, LAN, and OSP, demonstrate Dave’s comprehensive knowledge and dedication to advancing industry standards.
