BEI Construction retains the services of specialty subcontractors, as needed, to supplement its in-house personnel. We have developed long-term relationships with our subcontractors to ensure quality and consistency. An excellent vendor-based record has enabled BEI Construction to establish relationships with the best suppliers throughout the United States.
The key staff members of BEI Construction have experience in virtually every phase of electrical projects, both large and small, but the firm's strength lies in the hands-on skills of the operations personnel, each of who boasts significant experience. Further, our key staff has been with the company for a minimum six years.
Approach
A Project Supervisor, who is responsible for all aspects of the project, is assigned to each job. All project requirements are reviewed with the President, Project Manager, engineering staff and the client to ensure that project information is fully understood by all.
Management meetings are regularly held to discuss and review project execution, safety, quality control, schedule, and cost in relation to the size, current project status, duration, complexity, and nature of the project.
BEI Construction's highly experienced support staff uses computerized project tracking to manage field activities. Professional cost engineers and job cost accountants are provided to support projects on an as-needed basis. Daily scheduling and job cost reporting from the field allow strict cost control. This cost control provides the information required for management decision making and keeps clients well informed. Additionally, BEI Construction provides timely and accurate billings while keeping project costs to a minimum.
BEI Construction, as a prime or specialty subcontractor, together with a variety of highly recognized engineering firms and consultants, can carry out the implementation of turnkey projects. Besides turnkey projects, BEI Construction can work for or alongside an owner's consultant or as a subcontractor to general or prime contractors. We can handle projects in phases or as a complete package.
